Conveyors increase workflow efficiency and are integral to many harvesting processes. Munch Machine conveyors allow the operator to keep bucking without stopping to empty bins. If you buck directly into a trimmer, the conveyor’s variable-speed motor can be adjusted to match the speed of your trimmer.
Munch Machine conveyors are fitted directly onto our buckers to form an integrated unit. The bed features a unique belt edge guard to keep debris away from the internals and the whole conveyor bed slides out and tilts down for fast and easy cleaning.

Most conveyors let material collect internally, which promotes mold growth and requires excessive downtime for cleaning. MUNCH Machine has solved this problem with a unique belt edge guard that minimizes material migration under the belt, greatly reducing the need for cleaning. The unique conveyor shielding fits tightly against our buckers and funnels all bucked flower onto the belt, virtually eliminating material loss.
MUNCH Machine conveyors attach directly to our buckers and move together as a single integrated unit. This design is both sturdier and more efficient than a separate, stand-alone rack and conveyor set-up. The slide and tilt feature allows operators to release and tip the conveyor bed for quick cleaning of all surfaces. For deep cleaning, the belt loop can be de-tensioned, split, and completely removed in minutes with basic tools. These features greatly reduce downtime for cleaning and increase workflow efficiency.
The easy to clean design of the conveyor fits perfectly into a GMP compliant workflow. The stainless steel shielding, belt material and the belt edge guard are made from FDA-approved, food grade materials. The conveyor is UL and CSA certified
